He saved me during Sleep paralysis

I have suffered from sleep paralysis for several years now.

I wake up, unable to speak or move, see a dark shadowy figure/mass standing next to me or just feel an evil presence. I tried to convince myself that it is my mind playing tricks on me . As I did some research and I started to think that it could very well be something demonic. I am catholic, but was not raised it. So There has always been a doubt in the back of my head that maybe these things aren't real, and that religion is just used to help control people and help them cope with death.

About a month ago during a sleep paralysis episode, I called for saint Michael to help protect me from whatever it was that was floating over me that night.

I was expecting to calmly snap out of it and gain control of my body again. What I was NOT expecting was a Blue Light which looks like an apparition to come soaring through my window and destroy it.

I was in utter disbelief . I thought that maybe it was just lucid dreaming and I created the scenario some how. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it so I started to google what saint Michael looks like when others have witnessed him and I came across this site, i had NO idea that Saint Michael is associated with blue light and that so many people have seen something so similar when invoking his name.

I am sooooo absolutely blessed and convinced that he came to protect me. Since that night I haven't had another episode .Maybe he got rid of it for good :)

God, Jesus, Heaven and all of the angels are 100% real and are protecting and looking over us every day.
